Mr. Jaekel has served the investigation industry for over 30 years, garnering experience as a Provincial Officer and undercover operative and then focusing on insurance and corporate fraud mitigation. In addition to being licenced across Canada and handling matters globally, he is also the President of Whitehall Bureau of America, servicing American and Canadian clients with seamless professional investigative solutions. His client partners include Fortune 500 companies and global insurers. Mr. Jaekel is a published author, Certified Fraud Examiner, passionate entrepreneur, presenter/trainer and is recognized as a leader in the investigation community across Canada.

Anita McClung
National Account Manager
Ms. McClung joined Whitehall Canada in 1998 in an administrative capacity. Throughout her career, she has grown to develop lasting relationships within the adjusting, corporate and legal communities based on her sincerity and integrity.
As a breast cancer survivor, she exemplifies the traits of a remarkable person – the courage to fight and a will to win.
As a senior Case Manager, she handles national accounts for the Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurers, and provides support for corporate accounts when so called upon. Ms. McClung also provides training to staff for report writing and effective techniques as an investigator to ensure success on her cases.
